RAM Promaster 2500 High Roof

story:

Marty & Jim first experienced boho by renting a van from our fleet. An immediate connection was made as they showed up for their trip with a few pounds of cherry bratwurst - ordered special from Lake Geneva, WI - which they graciously gave to our staff.

After their rental trip, the two knew they wanted a boho van of their own to take to music festivals around the country. They eventually found the perfect van “Ardee”, which showed up at our Tempe location ready for a buildout (already sporting a dancing Grateful Dead Bears and a Bucky Badger sticker on the front windshield).

Ardee was named in memory of Jim’s late father and step-mother (Robert and Dorothy - “RD”) who passed earlier this year. We knew this was a special project with a purpose - and we were motivated to knock it out of the park.

The two quickly became our most hands-on clients, as they sent over detailed schematics, fabric for upholstery, paint pantone numbers and their flooring choice. Everything down to the bed cover was hand selected by the clients , and with boho’s help the van went from dream to reality.

Unique features of Ardee included color changing LED’s synced to music, dual front swivel chairs, a slide out bed stool (with storage), a cargo to bed “step up” feature, and a hot water heater for outdoor showers. We had fun with this one!

Ardee rolled out of Arizona, and to our surprise, more cherry brats rolled in, with a few extra selections like APPLE brats (but cherry is still our favorite)! Thank you Marty & Jim!
